Frequently Asked Questions

Do you still provide services in the winter?

Yes, we do! If there is snow on the ground and we miss any, we will be sure to catch it on the next visit.
 

How does billing work?

You will sign up and it will automatically take payment on your billing date, if you would like to cancel just do so before that billing date.
 

Can I cancel my membership?

Of course, if you no longer need services you can call our direct line (585-366-0401) or scroll down to the bottom of our website and cancel at any time.
 

When should I expect the service?

We will inform you on the day of the week you service will take place (these are based on location), days/times may vary since we are growing and getting more customers daily. We will be sure to inform you if your day changes. Our worker will let you know when he is on the way and if the dogs are outside he will call to let you know he is there.
 

What if I want to change my frequency?

This is no problem, just give our office a call and we can discuss a better option for you and help update your monthly payment plan.
 

What do you do with the dog waste after it’s picked up?

We take the waste with us!
 

What if my day falls on a holiday?

We will come out the next available business day to make up for the holiday day missed, we will also reach out to confirm that day will work for you.
 

Will you provide the service if the dog is outside?

Dirty Burd Poop Scoop will not be able to provide service if the dog is outside and not contained. We will call and ask to have the dog brought inside or tied up. If there is no answer we will wait 10-15 minutes but may need to reschedule for the next best day.
 

What if my vet requests a stool sample?

We ask that you just call or email us PRIOR to your service and we can gather this sample for you and leave it outside for you.
 

What if I am unsatisfied with my service?

Please call or email our administration and experience what your concerns are. We will be sure to come out the next day to make sure you are satisfied, free of charge.
